Are multi airport studies supported?

You can define as may airports as you wish in your study. However, all operations are currently either an arrival, or a departure. Therefore, airport to airport studies are currently not officially operated.

Are ground operations such as taxiing supported?

No, the noise and emissions produced by ground operations is outside the scope of this tool.
